And 50% farms cannot get well irrigated because of poor water conservancy infrastructure.  Nowadays the cost of diesel is rapidly increasing，so the cost of maintenance on diesel generator pump system is very high. It is urgent and important to find a sustainable way for agricultural irrigation.
