Brief introduction of three-side sealing bag making machine
With the increasing development of the food packaging industry today, the demand for bags made of plastic composite films and other materials has also increased. The three-side sealing bag-making machine equipment (as shown in Figure 1) is used to produce various plastic-plastic and paper-plastic composite materials. It is widely used in the three-side sealing of plastic composite film, aluminum-plastic composite film, paper-plastic composite film, etc. Bags are ideal bag-making equipment for various middle-sealing bags and three-side sealing. At the same time, it is suitable for the manufacture of special-shaped bags such as self-supporting bags, concave-convex buckle bags, and zipper bags.
This system adopts VEICHI motion controller + servo bag making machine system adopts 4 1.3KW pulling servos, 1 0.75KW rear discharge frequency converter, and 1 4KW host frequency converter. VEICHI high-performance V5 motion controller (hereinafter referred to as V5) is used as the control mechanism, HMI is used for human-computer interaction, and the temperature control module controls the heating of thermocouples through solid-state relays to achieve the customer's heat sealing temperature. The normal operating speed can reach 120-150 bags/min (200mm bag length).
Equipment structure
The structure of the three-side sealing bag making machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Rear discharge mechanism: the frequency converter cooperates with the magnetic powder clutch to control the discharge tension.
2. Heat-sealing mechanism: driven by a frequency conversion device, reciprocating up and down, and thermocouples heat the sealing knife to achieve the effect of sealing the bag. It consists of a horizontal seal and a vertical seal. The horizontal seal heats the two sides of the bag, and the vertical seal heats the bottom of the bag, which is the so-called three-side seal.
3. Feeding mechanism: The pulling roller is driven by a servo to achieve the purpose of feeding. It is necessary to ensure that the heat-sealing mechanism sends the plastic bag of the set length through the heat-sealing mechanism before leaving the cutting roller and reaching the cutting roller again. Among them, there are two working modes for the servo close to the cutter. One is fixed-length mode: the pulse of the set length is stopped and the other is calibration mode: the set pulse number is searched at low speed, color code the photoelectric signal will stop. The remaining 3 servos are synchronized with it.
4. Cutter mechanism: cut open the heat-sealed bag.

- Adopt the high-performance V5-MC104 motion controller of VEICHI as the upper control, output pulse to control the position of 4 sets of material pulling servos. V5 has a unique 4-axis port high-speed output design, the highest output frequency is 3MHz, the shaft port, and SD700 series servo have a separate dedicated connection line, no external wiring is required, and the installation is simple and convenient.
- V5 communicates with inverter RS485 for speed control, without analog output, saving analog output module; communicate with HMIRS422 to realize data interaction between HMI and controller.
- Using dual serial port HMI, the other serial port communicates with the temperature control module RS485, which can control the temperature in real-time, efficiently, and stably.

1. The whole machine adopts our company's V5 motion controller, dual CPU hardware architecture bottom processing speed is faster, man-machine interface centralized control, stable performance, easy to operate, and maintain, the operation interface can be switched between Chinese and English.
2. All parameters are displayed in real-time by the man-machine interface, and the bag-making speed, bag-making length, temperature, counting, etc. can be preset.
3. The temperature adopts PID adjustment, 0~300℃ adjustable, non-contact automatic control, the centralized setting of the man-machine interface.
4. Pneumatic multifunctional automatic punching, automatic collection of edge material removal, and static elimination device.
